Urban Beach Week
A 21 and up party, the annual event draws more than 300,000 visitors every year for four days of hip hop, food, music, parties, and sexy beachwear. Taking over the 305, local celebrities and out-of-towners are sure to include Urban Beach Week in their plans to partake in the endless parties, especially for appearances at Miami Beach’s hottest clubs.

Great American Beach Party
The city of Fort Lauderdale throws this family friendly bash on the sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach every year in a tribute to America’s Armed Forces. Throughout the day, artists will display their work (including sand sculptures vying for first place), sand soccer and volleyball tournaments, kids games, a classic car show, a presentation by the US Military Parachute Team, and bands. Memorial Day Weekend Party
The location where “Rock of Ages” was filmed, this bar and music hall is known for putting on a good show. For Memorial Day, Revolution Live is hosting a party over two venues in three rooms. Music will be performed by Oscar G, Roland, DJ Icey, BabyAnne, Merlyn, Supernaut, Shade, Drop Zone, and DJ Hans. Tickets for the party are $10 to $20.

An American Tribute
A celebration of freedom and service, patriotic music will be performed by the New Gardens Band under the direction of Owen Seward. Guests are invited to enjoy the music under the stars from the comfort of your chairs and blankets -- there will be chairs available for rent as well.

Memorial Day Kidz Fest
The perfect outing for those with little ones! Enjoy your day off with a butterfly encounter, animal presentation, arts and crafts, bounce houses, and entertainment the entire family can enjoy. Palm Beach Jerk Festival
South Florida is a melting pot of cultures, including a heavy influence from our friends in the Caribbean. In its 12th year, the Palm Bech Jerk Festival features musical performances by Beenie Man, Morgan Heritage, Romain Virgo, Maxi Priest, and others. Throughout the fairgrounds, visit boots with Caribbean food, artists, a kids zone, and plenty of jerk chicken!
