This restaurant recently opened at the James Royal Palm with Executive Chef Stuart Cameron at the helm. To provide the best in eastern Mediterranean fare, Cameron traveled throughout the region to create an authentic menu of family-style dining, infusing local favorites with overseas flair, such as the use of Argan and olive oils.
