SuViche
Launched in 2010, SuViche is the perfect combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines. With four locations in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties including Wynwood, Brickell, Miami Beach and most recently Las Olas, SuViche offers a variety of beautifully crafted and explosively flavorful sushi rolls, ceviche and sautéed Peruvian specialties.
Ceviche has long been a source of pride and even national identity in Peru. It even prompted the Peruvian government to recognize ceviche as part of Peru’s national heritage and in 2008, Peru’s Ministry of Production further honored the traditional dish by creating Día Nacional del Ceviche (National Ceviche Day), to be held each year on June 28. Going beyond traditional recipes, SuViche provides fresh, fast and affordable cuisine.
Two SuViche locations, Wynwood and Las Olas, are also home to the first Pisco Bars in South Florida featuring homemade Pisco infusions with fresh herbs, fruits and spices.
