My Ceviche is the brainchild of Roger Duarte, founder and president of the thriving stone crab delivery service George Stone Crab and two-time James Beard semifinalist Chef Sam Gorenstein. It is an intimate seafood take-out and delivery counter, serving a handful of fresh stone crabs, tacos, burritos, salads and of course, ceviche, in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach.

Choose from six citrus-based sauces to go along with your ceviche, some made with orange juice instead of the traditional lime. Diners also have the option of ordering it with rice or quinoa, for an unconventional twist.
