Burger Museum by Burger Beast
Sef Gonzalez's fascination with hamburgers started, as he puts it "since he was a slider." Since 2008, he has taken on the quest to share his passion for the burger as the preeminent blogger under the moniker Burger Beast. Besides recording his foodie journeys and organizing food truck events, the Burger Beast amassed an impressive collection of burger memorabilia over the years, that has become the heart of the Burger Museum.
Take a trip down memory lane to the days of Royal Castle headquartered in Downtown Miami in 1950, peruse the collection of stickers and propaganda from Wendy's famous ad campaign "Where's the Beef?", old menus, uniforms, promotional posters and much more.
Located within Magic City Casino, west of the Miami International Airport, the 1,500 square foot museum is open Thursday to Sunday from noon to 8 pm. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Tip: Don't visit while hungry.
