It's now 2015 and besides the year bringing great upcoming events, there's also a selection of new menus at some of the area's top restaurants. Look no further than the following South Florida spots, featuring tastes for everyone who is looking for a unique lunch or dinner.

Seasons 52

The calorie-conscious restaurant announced its three-course winter pairing menu with handpicked glasses of wine and we’re in love. Cozy up in the warm interior, starting with your choice of flatbread, either the braised short rib and cheddar or the salumi piccante. Then, if you can, pick an entrée from pan-seared sea scallops, pork tenderloin or a New Zealand venison chop with venison ragout. For sides, there are caramelized brussel sprouts or stuffed mushrooms from Basciani Farms. Finally, to satisfy your sweet tooth, Seasons 52 presents its signature collection of mini-glasses filled with various cakes and pies to die for. Whether you’re looking for a special night out or wanting to impress a client at lunch, be sure to let the restaurant know ahead of time that you’re coming in for the winter pairing menu. Seasons 52, 2428 E. Sunrise Blvd., Fort Lauderdale. 954.537.1052

III Forks

Ever get stuck scanning the menu? They’ve made it easy for guests over at III Forks with a new, three-course Trifecta Menu. For the first course, choose from seared scallops with house-made bacon jam, a cheese plate with port wine marinated cherries or beef croustades with Creole mustard sauce. Moving onto the second course, there's a choice between a standard III Forks salad, tomato with burrata cheese or a steakhouse wedge. Finally, for the main course, opt for filet mignon with whipped potatoes and off-the-cob corn, pan-seared Atlantic salmon with chimichurri sauce and fresh asparagus with wild rice, or roasted chicken with fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Want a glass of vino to top it off? The staff recommends light Cabernet and Chardonnay. The menu is $35 from Sundays through Thursdays from 5 to 6:30 pm. III Forks at the Village at Gulfstream Park, 501 Silks Run #1130, Hallandale Beach. 954.457.3920

Brimstone Woodfire Grill

When Sunday morning comes around, there’s one thing on our minds: brunch. At this spot located in the Shops of Pembroke Gardens, the menu boasts three new plates as well as eight newly crafted cocktails to pair. With a backdrop of jazz music, be sure to try out the Frittata Espanola (a giant mix of eggs, red and green onions, red peppers, tomato, bacon, ham and cheese), the barbecue pork hash (shaved pork with all the fixings served up with two sunny-side-up eggs) and the hearty steak and eggs (a juicy marinated skirt steak topped with mint chimichurri with a side of two scrambled eggs and home-fried potatoes). For your drinks, Brimstone has everything from twisted champagne to passion fruit to an apple ginger martini. Sunday brunch is 11:30 am to 3 pm, and guests are entertained by live jazz. Brimstone Woodfire Grill, 14575 SW Fifth St., Pembroke Pines. 954.430.2333

Butcher Block Grill

Known for using high-end meats and fresh ingredients (it works with 14 local farms), the restaurant has launched Prime Time Mondays for an evening of delicious ribs and sides. Celebrate the end of the toughest day of the week with Creekstone Farms prime rib with a side of garlic asiago mashed potatoes for a killer price of $20 per person. The special is from 5 to 10 pm Mondays. Also, the restaurant just added live entertainment to its fountain area on Fridays and Saturdays, so grab outdoor seating if you’re in the mood for some tunes. Butcher Block is the perfect dinner spot. Butcher Block Grill, 7000 West Camino Real, Boca Raton. 561.409.3035
