South Florida’s Fine art Auctions Miami (FAAM) will hold its third annual Urban & Street Art Auction at SPACEBY3 in Wynwood over President’s Day Weekend. Works will be unveiled by Keith Haring, Shepard Fairey, Banksy, Faile, Phase2, and KAWS, among others. On Monday, FAAM will end the exhibition with an auction sale comprised of 60 lots from some of the most important street artists. SPACEBY3 will be transformed into an urban environment of streets and avenues showcasing local and international artists like London Police, Chris Brown, Kai and Abstrk.
Established recording artist, Chris Brown will try his hand at street art and will work hand in hand with artist KAI on Thursday, February 12th and Friday, February 13th. His complete work will be auctioned on Monday, February 16th with 50% of sales going to benefit the Arts and Business Council. They will also work with international artist London Police and a group of local artists lead by Abstrk to create a custom work on the walls inside SPACEBY3 each day.
