Plan the perfect day surrounding one of Miami's best festivals (©chatchow)

The South Beach Wine and Food Festival is the perfect time to explore everything that South Beach has to offer. Here’s my idea on how you can enjoy it.

Morning

Terazza The Shore Club

Stroll down Collins Ave. and enjoy brunch at The Shore Club, where a poolside restaurant offers mimosas alongside a view like no other. Two infinity pools welcome you to a day filled with food and drinks that only Miami’s legendary annual South Beach Wine and Food Festival can offer. The Shore Club’s Terrazza, a breezy Italian restaurant, is any newcomer's answer to a perfect morning. A stack of lemon ricotta pancakes, eggs Benedict, and a side of quick espresso complete the perfect breakfast.

Afternoon

The Grand Tasting Tent SOBEWFF

Hit up the Grand Tasting tent on the sands of South Beach and indulge on bites and cocktails from different bars and restaurants. Here you’ll run upon flavors from all over the world, cooking skills like you’ve never known, and drinks worth writing home about. The new an improved tasting tent opens from noon to 5 pm and serves up an array of culinary adventures from all across Miami and the world. DJs pump up the volume throughout the day to add some rhythm to your day as you sip hand-crafted cocktails and dine on skillfully-arranged dishes.

Evening

Sushi Samba Miami Beach

South Beach lights up at night with a variety of nightlife and entertainment options. Take a stroll up Lincoln Road and indulge on a craft cocktail and dinner at Sushi Samba. After a day filled with worldly cuisine, you may want to continue on your journey and find yourself alongside the Brazilian, Japanese and Peruvian-fusion restaurant that is Sushi Samba. Have a spicy cocktail or some fresh sashimi and finish off the night right. The Forge also invites wandering foodies to enjoy a special edition Wine Dinner Series in honor of the famous festival on Miami’s shores. Happening February 19th at 7pm, guests can enjoy a deliciously prepared 3-course meal that fade away the flavors tasted and sampled of the day.
