A mom herself, Miami Heat wife Adrienne Bosh opened her store Sparkle and Shine Darling to much excitement from fans. For the Dramatic Mom
Anyone who loves theatre will enjoy a trip to the Adrienne Arsht Center, especially with this opera about a strong mama in “The Consul.” Set in an unknown place, the world is caught between the horrors of World War II and the impending Cold War. A mother, Magda Sorel, is struggling to get visas for her family to leave for freedom. Sung in Italian, subtitles are in English and Spanish.

For the Fun Loving Mom
There's plenty of brunch options throughout South Florida, but what about on the water? Depart from the Tranquility Marina in Fort Lauderdale and sail up the Intracoastal, meeting at noon and arriving back at 3 pm. A full Mother's Day brunch with mimosas and Bloody Marys will be served on board, as well as free massages and a rose for mothers.
