Mother's Day will offer a unique special at Chez Marie. The May 10th menu will be three courses for $29.90 and includ the following:

Soupe du Jour of Gratinée Onion Soup

Mixed greens topped with diced tomato served with balsamic vinaigrette
Escargots
Six snails baked in parsley & garlic butter
Gravlax Salmon
In-house cured salmon served cold with dill crème fraiche & blinis

Tarragon Chicken
Fresh tarragon-seasoned roasted chicken breast served with mashed potatoes & steamed green beans
Duck a l’Orange (add $5)
Braised duck legs & thighs served with our a l’orange sauce, potatoes au gratin & steamed green beans
Scottish Salmon
Wild caught Scottish salmon served with a lemon dill sauce, rice & steamed green beans
Scallops au Champagne (add $5)
Pan-seared sea scallops rested a top a leek julienne deglazed with Champagne served with rice
Mussels & French Fries
Fresh mussels sautéed in white wine w/a touch of cream served with hand-cut French fries
Pork Jarret
Pork shank braised at low temperature served with au jus & hand-cut French fries
Beef Bourguignon
Beef stewed in red wine sauce with carrots & pearl onions served with mashed potatoes
Veal Blanquette (add $3)
Veal stewed in a white wine sauce with carrots, mushroom & a hint of lemon, served with rice
Linguini au Pistou
Linguini tossed in our Chef’s Kalamata olive pistachio pesto with mushroom & diced tomatoes
