Zest
Zest, open for lunch and dinner, offers a modern interpretation of Chef Cindy Hutson's ethnically diverse and seasonally driven island fare. Zest marks the first South Florida expansion for Hutson and her partner Delius Shirley since the dynamic duo opened their other restaurant, Ortanique on the Mile in downtown Coral Gables.
Featured dishes on the menu include appetizers such as surf ‘n’ turf ravioli with oxtail and lobster, cream corn velouté and truffle oxtail jus, and root beer braised heritage pork belly with vanilla bourbon scented boniato foam and a micro green salad. Entrée highlights include certified Angus Beef sirloin steak with king crab and sweet pea risotto, and cherry bourbon demi-glaze, and seared cobia with coconut-scotch bonnet jasmine rice, mango mustarda and cucumber salad.
